Booking Sessions

How much are sessions?

Sessions with an associate are $500. Sessions with me are $700 for the Baby Gator package and $1000 for the Big Gator package.

What’s the difference between the two packages?

With the Baby Gator package, images are sized and licensed for social media. Anyone who buys this package must order all their prints from Caitlyn Cacioppo Photography. It also has a 2-week turnaround time.

With the Big Gator package, people can print their own images, order discounted prints from the gallery, and get a 1-week turnaround on their images.

How many people can be in a session?

Up to 10 is perfect for the 75 minute sessions. If you have more than 10, you can add more session time!

How do people book?

The link to book a session is caitlyncacioppo.com/college. From there, people can view my calendar of availability, select their preferred date, and submit their deposit.

How do payments work?

A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve the spot and select a package (Baby Gator or Big Gator). From there, I will send them an email for their balance owed.

Photo Reveals

What is a Reveal?

A Reveal is the moment where we all gather together to let your friend group see their pics for the first time! Reveals are TONS of fun, and family are totally invited!

Where does a Reveal take place?

All Reveals take place via Zoom. This way, parents are able to see them easily and help make purchasing decisions.

How long do Reveals last?

We keep the Reveal under 20 minutes — just long enough to see a highlight of the images from the session, and to make an initial selection on print orders!

When is the Gallery delivered?

After the Reveal, the full gallery is emailed within 48 hours.
