Fall 2025 UF Grad Sessions Model Call Terms & Conditions

By entering in the Fall 2025 UF Grad Sessions Model Call, you agree to the following contractual Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully!

The Model Call

The Caitlyn Cacioppo Photography Fall 2025 UF Grad Sessions Model Call (The Model Call) is organized by: Caitlyn Cacioppo Photography, LLC (The Company). Those who apply for The Model Call will be known as The Entrant in these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

The Model Call is open to UF Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 grads who are aged 18 years or over.

No Purchase Necessary

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to win The Model Call. Any purchase from The Company is independent from The Model Call, and will not increase The Entrant's chances of winning.

Agreement

By entering The Model Call, The Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

How to Enter

The Model Call will run from 9:00am Eastern Standard Time on September 8, 2025 through 9:00am Eastern Standard Time on September 12, 2025. During this time, The Entrant may enter the Model Call by providing his or her real name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle via the Model Call page found at https://forms.gle/JNVsRdRnqnmJiQXz8. After this date, no further entries to the program will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted by The Company for entries not received for whatever reason.

Amendment and Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Prize

The prize is as follows: The prize will be one (1) 75-minute grad photo session on the University of Florida campus, with 5 digital images included (and the option to purchase more after the session), valued at $250, per winner. The photo session will be photographed by one of Caitlyn Cacioppo Photography's associate photographers and must occur on or before November 7, 2025. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.

Winners

The Winners will be selected by 9:00am on September 19, 2025. The Winners will be notified via Instagram DM, and will have 24 hours to respond in order to claim the prize. If The Winners do not respond within 24 hours, The Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from The Winners and pick a replacement Winner.

Governance

The Model Call and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

Release

Each Entrant in The Model Call agrees to the use of his/her name, image, and Instagram handle in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Applicant’s prior consent.

Privacy

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Caitlyn Cacioppo Photography and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with The Company's Privacy Policy.

Void Where Prohibited
